Make a contact form for your web site

contact-me-form1

Today I learned to add a Contact Me form into my blogs…

First I went to http://creator.zoho.com, they have some options of membership, I chose the free one, haha!

After activating my account through email, I came to my account page… I clicked “Create New Application” button, then it led me to the page to create a new application, on the left side there are two widgets, I chose the “Add Form” button, and for “Specify Application Name” bar, I typed “Contact Me”, and for  “Specify Form Name” I typed “Contact Me Form”, then there are two options to choose:

How to Create:

They have some ready made template already, I chose to create my own scratch though…

So I clicked “Create Now ” button, then it jumped to “dagag” page, I dragged “Single Line”, “Multi Line”, “Email”, and “URL”, into my form, and for each and every element, there’s a button on left bottom corner, through I could edit, delete, etc., I edited the “Single Line” as “Name”,  “Multi Line” as ” feedback and suggest me to write about something new?”, “Email” as “Email”, “URL” as “Website”, when all were done I clicked ” Access this Application” button on right top of the page…

Then it jumped to the form page, beside the “Contact Me” there’s a small button with an arrow, which is written as “More Actions”, I clicked the arrow and 4 options came out, I chose  “Permalink”, it gave me a URL, I went to dashboard of my blog at blogger, chose the blog and opened layout, clicked “Add a Gadget”, in the small window I selected “Link List”, copied and pasted the “Permalink” in the “New Site URL” Area, and in “New Site Name” place I typed “Contact Me”, clicked “save” and everything’s done!

You can also try it out and enjoy your own contact form!
